Moving abroad to teach English is one of the most exciting things you can do. It is also one of the loneliest — at least at first.
I spent my first weeks in Prague figuring it out on my own. Finding friends, navigating a new city, adjusting to a new culture, and wondering if I had made the right decision. Eventually, I found my people. But it took time and a lot of showing up.
I am building a community specifically for teachers abroad — a place where you can connect with other teachers in your city, ask questions, share experiences, trade job leads and lesson plans, and never feel like you are the only one going through this.
